An intimate healthcare condition isn’t just physical. It can also affect self-esteem, confidence, lifestyle, family life, hobbies, ambitions and social interactions. Moments of doubt and vulnerability. We chose to use these common but often ignored realities to share how customers’ trust in Coloplast is deeply connected to the their physical and mental health, as well as daily personal concerns.

We asked nine users from six countries to share their moments of doubt and vulnerability, telling the real story of how Coloplast helped them. The users’ willingness to accept and meet this challenge was both humbling and inspiring and took us from Copenhagen to Los Angeles and Chongqing in just nine days.
As with all Coloplast projects, there was an important condition: no actors could be used to portray the product users. We filmed and photographed real users and their stories to communicate the brand-customer-truth that has made Coloplast a leader in intimate healthcare.
