On the menu
Think of the three south american countries Chile, Mexico and Venezuela combining its most traditional ingredients on one menu. Papa - Maiz - Yuka, each represented by a local chef bringing these flavours to a highly critical Copenhagen foody szene. Better to greet them with a table menu which besides being informative and exciting to look at takes them closer to a rather unfamiliar cousine.
