On the menu
Imagine combining the core culinary ingredients from three countries in the Americas: Chile, Mexico and Venezuela. Papa - Maiz - Yuka united three core ingredients, each represented by a local chef. The project brought these flavours to a highly critical Copenhagen foodie scene. We designed a table menu that introduced guests to the full PMY experience and closer to unfamiliar cuisine within a design language to compete with Copenhagen’s top restaurants.
