Fast Food Fiction

Works of Fiction is 50 novels in one – a writerʼs career compressed into a single hardcover book. The work consists of only covers and back covers of hoax novels by an author named John Dine. This is fast food fiction: a quick-fix form of novel making that moves in fast forward, skipping genres and time zones, telling a story through invented blurbs, forged reviews and strap lines, and fictional biographies.

Partnering with John Dine on this project, the studio was able to work (and play) in a wide range of styles, concepts and jokes.
